Good Cleanser, August 15, 2011

I've really been liking Olay products! I recently switched from Clinique and prefer these hands down. I currently use this cleanser and the Olay Complete All Day UV Moisturizer with SPF 15 for Sensitive Skin and thats all! Sometimes I'll use another brand spot stick, but not often. I was using the Olay Acne Control Face Wash and didn't have any complaints, but after switching to this cleanser I can say this one is a lot better!

I don't have older skin, I'm 21, but I do have some lines on my forehead from past sunburns and my parentheses lines are prominent for my age. My main skin concerns are acne scars, redness, and mild to moderate acne. I've been using this for a week, 2 times a day. I was worried that this would be too drying for twice a day but its really not! It has enough moisture to balance the salicylic acid and its cleared up my skin significantly. I think its best at healing current acne rather than stopping future breakouts but I'm still pleased with this product.

I haven't noticed anything concerning lines, but its only been a week and I bought this mainly for the anti blemish properties and in that area it excels! Doesn't lather much, but it takes all my makeup off and the exfoliation is pleasantly gentle. I like the smell too! I recommend it!

I have combination skin and am in my 40's. I was breaking out last summer just after nursing my daughter and nothing would touch the blemishes. They were small but all over my face. I saw an ad for this cleanser and thought "why not". I have really sensitive skin so I was a bit worried that a daily scrub would irritate my skin but I have to say, I have been a faithful user of this product for a year and love, love, love it. My skin responds beautifully and I always get compliments on how young I look. Now whether that's good genes or Olay... not sure but this product is great.

Smart Consumers: Beware!, September 6, 2007

I purchased this product because it contained two important proven ingredients for my skin care regimen: Salicylic Acid (to help with mild breakouts) and Retinol (a proven ingredient for anti-aging products).
Recently, I've begun to pay more attention to the amount of key product ingredients thanks to a great website called [...]
Surprisingly, the packaging disclosed the amount of Salicylic Acid (2% - pretty standard for OTC products) but nothing for the Retinol. It was on the product ingredient list but without its percentage. Once you start understanding the use of anti-aging products, this is a REALLY important piece of information for anyone purchasing Retinol products. You want to start with a low quantity of Retinol and increase it to get the maximum benefit.
On the box, there was a phone number to call for questions or comments specific to the Neutrogena line of products. I thought this would be an easy and fair question for them to answer: What is the percentage of Retinol in their product? I was really stunned when their customer service representative told me that the information "could not be disclosed". When I inquired why, I was told it would give their competitors "an unfair advantage".
This is utterly ridiculous! If you look at any beauty website that sells products containing Retinol, this information is there for the consumer in the ingredients list. The percentage of Retinol can be anywhere from .15% up to 1.0%. It's imperative to know the amount so you understand which product to start with (the milder ones) and which product to move to next as your skin learns to tolerate the Retinol, thereby increasing results.
I wouldn't recommend buying a product from a company that won't tell you the strength of a critical ingredient like Retinol. There are many other alternatives for the smart consumer.

For me, this product works. I've used it for several years along with the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Blemish Cleanser, 5.1-Ounce Tubes (Pack of 3). I also try new products that come on the market, thinking that something else better must be discovered by now, but I always come back to this.

I suffer from cystic acne. When I was in my teens and 20s, I paid fortunes to various dermatologists. Luckily, it hasn't been really bad since my 30s, but it does appear now and again even though I'm teetering on 50. If I use products made solely for acne, my face dries up. My cheeks get red and I look like I suffer from rosacea. If I use moisturizers like Olay, Estee Lauder, Murad, (you name it, I've tried it), the cysts come back. I've tried moisturizers that advertise themselves as not supposed to clog pores. You couldn't prove it by my skin.

This is the only product that has worked for me. That it is affordable is a bonus as far as I'm concerned. As with all things of this nature, you need to try it for more than a week. I'd suggest that you use it for a month (that's what I do when I'm testing any new product that I don't have an immediate allergic reaction to). Not everybody's skin is the same so if it doesn't work for you, something will, just keep trying.

I recently turned 60 and although I have always looked young for my age, in the last year, my skin had begun to show signs of laxity and sagging. I had previously had an RF treatment done in a spa, but they recommended a series of 12-18 treatments; I don't have the time to dedicate to that, and have better uses for my money. I tend to be highly critical of antiaging devices, but after reading reviews on the Stop Anti-Aging device, I decided to purchase it.

In order to assess whether it really works, I, too, initially used it only on one side of my face for the first 1/2 dozen times. After the 6th treatment, both my family and I observed subtle tightening under my chin, my jawline, and decreased depth of the creases that run from the nose to the lips and in crows feet. I really do believe it causes the collagen to increase, because I also observed a difference in the contour of my face on the side that was being treated. As aging occurs, the fat deposits in the face tend to shift downward. The Stop Antiaging Device seems to be rebuilding collagen in the area between the cheekbone and the jawline. An added bonus is that the treatments and products soften and smooth my skin.

Now that I'm convinced it works, I will begin using it on both sides of my face and look forward to seeing more progress over the next several weeks. If there is steady improvment, I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Unlike many antiaging products promoted to women, this one seems to do what it says and I would certainly recommend it.

I received this item through the mail on October 8, 2011. After reading the directions I decided to try it that same day. I have been using it for 2 weeks every other day and have not seen any changes in my skin. I started out doing just one side of my face purposely to see if I would be able to see a difference. The difference that I currently see is that the side that I have been using it on is slimmer. I asked 2 friends who did not know that I had ordered this machine to look at my face & tell me if they saw a difference in my skin. One friend said she couldn't tell a difference & picked the side of my face that I was NOT using the Tri pollar on. My other friend said that one side of my face looked slimmer (she picked the side of my face that I WAS USING the Tri pollar on) but that she DID NOT notice a difference in my skin. She said the pore size looked the same on both sides of my face and that the fine wrinkles were the same on both sides. I asked my 2 friends on 2 different days when only one was present (so that one wouldn't influence the other). I purchased both the Tri pollar stop & the Tri pollar pose but if you already have the Tri pollar Stop just use it on your body. The Tri pollar pose is only a few centimeters bigger, very slight difference in size. I plan to return the Tri pollar pose since I haven't used it. I will continue to use the Tri pollar stop & plan to report any changes, if any, here on this site. I feel that these reviews are helpful if people tell the truth about the products that they buy here on Amazon.

I just want to say that I'd read about the Tripollar STOP for use in anti-aging treatments. I was curious when I discovered it... and skeptical. So I researched all over the internet, and found nothing negative about this amazing device. Evidently it's been on the market in Europe since 2007, but is making ground here finally. If you look around on the internet (key words: Tripollar STOP), you'll find many, many 'before' and 'after' photos. Seeing women in their late 60's and 70's with petal-soft, smooth, wrinkle-free faces seemed too good to be true, but I found nothing negative, and these women were not being used by the makers of the Tripollar STOP device; these women were, for the most part, on skin forums in the UK, freely sharing pictures of what effects the STOP had given them in the way of results. Well, I thought, perhaps if Amazon is carrying it, they feel it's not a gimmicky kind of thing. To my surprise, Amazon IS carrying it. Although it may seem pricey, it's still cheaper (and safer) than either dermal fillers or face lifts. I ordered my Tripollar STOP, encouraged that Amazon was promoting it, and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to use, is painless, and within a month (See the uploaded pictures I took one month ago just at the start of using the STOP device and the comparison pictures I just took today), the changes are almost unbelievable, even though I know even more can be accomplished, and I'm energized to see it through, based on results so far. Best outlay on beauty/spa-like products I've ever made. The device is to be used about 20 minutes 2-3 times a week for 6-8 weeks, then if you want you can drop back to using it maybe once a month, if need be. Right now, I'm ready to use it everyday because you see instant improvements immediately after each use, but doing that is not advised as your skin needs some time to grow new collegen to firm the skin that you will immediately see has been tightened and lifted. I am 57 years old, and my husband says within the past month I've turned back the clock and look about 30 to 35 years old again. I had SEVERE naso-labial skin droop that made me so self conscious. I would tally up what a face lift would cost, and thinking what money that would take to have done on top of how I hated the way I'd aged was so depressing and discouraging. Well, all that is over with now. I didn't have to empty the bank, and I feel (and look) better than I have in a very long time. I HIGHLY recommend this anti-aging device. My next purchase will be the Tripollar POSE for tightening loose body skin and reducing the circumfrance of stubborn fat pockets. I have complete confidence that it will be as effective as has the Tripollar STOP device has been for me. This device is amazing. I cannot describe it as anything else.

I am really disappointed with this product. It promises great results so the disappointment is even bigger. I am 37 so I was looking for something that would prevent development of new wrinkles and diminish the existing lines. However, I see no results at all. Moreover, I have an impression that it actually enhances my wrinkles, and I can see even more wrinkles than before. On top of that, after a while, it is hard to squeeze the content out of the container, very uncomfortable to use. I will never buy it again. Not recommended at all!

I have not seen any improvement to my eyes. If any thing... I see deeper wrinkles come out and I am only 35.
It actually looks like it enhances my new wrinkles insted of diminishing them. I do not recomends this at all!

maybe you can see this at a local drug store but it's really small for this price.

i hate typical sunscreen's smell, especially when i put it on face. even they say fragrance free, usually some chemical smell there. the smell of this one is really mild.

no cap. so if you put it in the bag, possibly accidentally push the pump.
